HowTo - Find and access contracts database in Big Ten Academic Alliance Teams tenant

1. Open Microsoft Teams (either in app or on the web. We highly recommend the web version for accessing the Alliance’s tenant)
2. Sign into university Microsoft account (if not already)
3. Click on profile icon in top right corner
4. Select “Big Ten Academic Alliance” from dropdown menu to switch over
  1. You may not need to switch over if you're already in it. Be sure to check which one is selected.

5. Open "Teams" section
  1. If you don't see this section on the left-hand vertical menu, try the following:
    1. Open "Chat" section
    2. Look for "Teams and channels" section
    3. Look for "PROC Community Groups" site under here
6. Find "PROC Community Groups" site
7. Open "General" channel under "PROC Community Groups" site



8. Select "Contracts" tab to open database
  1. If it fails to load in Teams, try the following:
    1. Right-click "Contracts" tab
    2. Select "Open in new window" or "Open in browser"
